Donation through SDGs Lease “Mirai 2030®” (donation type)

AGB (Asahi Building Wall) has signed a contract for “SDGs Lease ‘Mirai 2030®’ (donation-type)” provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited, with support from Japan Research Institute, Limited, and donated a part of the leasing fee to “WaterAid Japan, an authorized NPO” through Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited. Ltd. through Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Co.

The “SDGs Leasing ‘Mirai 2030®’ (donation-type)” is a system that enables companies to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by signing a lease contract for equipment. Companies that sign the lease contract can donate a portion of the lease payment to designated social contribution activities, thereby supporting efforts to solve environmental and social issues.

WaterAid Japan, the recipient of the donation, operates in 26 countries in Asia and Africa with the vision of “a world where all people have access to clean water and toilets and practice good hygiene habits in all places. The corporation is developing projects that contribute to solving the world’s water and sanitation problems by leveraging Japan’s expertise in the field of water and sanitation.

AGB will continue to promote efforts to achieve the SDGs with the aim of realizing a sustainable society.
