AGB Employees Present a Technical Paper at GPD Finland｜Technologies and Connection of Facade Worldwide

In June 2025, at the international conference “GPD Finland 2025 (Glass Performance Days)” held in Tampere, Finland, our employee Katsuto Tomoe presented a technical paper during the conference.

GPD is the world’s largest specialized conference in the field of architectural glass and facades, bringing together researchers, engineers, designers, and manufacturers from around the world every two years. It is an international forum for the exchange of knowledge, featuring numerous presentations on the latest research findings on glass performance and practical insights into facade design.

At AGB, we believe that it is essential for the evolution of façade engineering to not only focus on domestic construction experience and product technology, but also to stand on the global stage and connect with the world’s front lines. By deliberately placing ourselves in the arena of international conferences and opening ourselves up to technical challenges and deep thinking, we gain opportunities to acquire new perspectives that transcend the boundaries of our daily work.

Through this presentation, AGB’s philosophy and technology were shared with the international community, and the lively discussion at the venue exposed us to a variety of perspectives. This was a symbolic experience that not only contributed to the growth of individual engineers, but also demonstrated our corporate stance.

AGB will continue to carefully communicate the philosophy and technology of façade engineering both domestically and internationally.
