In order to realize more creative and efficient work styles, AGB has newly expanded the 4th floor of its headquarters office and started operation on June 1, 2025.
In this expansion, the current floor space on the 8th floor will be used as the main office space, while the 4th floor will be used to accommodate visitors and for meetings, thereby differentiating functions and optimizing the environment.
At this point, the new floor will be started in a simple state with tables and chairs, and we will continue to plan and study the future utilization of the space internally.
Rental Busters’ fixtures have been installed on a portion of the new floor to explore the possibilities of utilizing the space. This is positioned as a “prototype phase” in which the company will actually use the equipment and flesh out its image for full-scale operations.
Based on the concept of “creating an organization from a space,” this floor expansion is not just an expansion of space, but the first step toward the “evolution of the working place” that AGB is aiming for.
We will continue to pursue both creativity and comfort in creating future-oriented offices.
