VISION SHARING 2025 Season 4 was held.

On Friday, December 19, we held “VISION SHARING Season 4” on the 4th floor of AGB Headquarters.
The event took place in the newly expanded 4th floor space, combining in-person attendance at headquarters with online participation.

VISION SHARING is a company-wide sharing event held multiple times a year by AGB. Every December, we hold a “Project Showcase” to review the projects that best represent that year. At the Showcase, each project is organized and presented based on the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard (Financial/Customer/Business Process/Learning and Growth). The goal is not merely to present results, but to examine projects in a multidimensional way—capturing profits, quality, process innovations, and acquired knowledge and skills—to gain a comprehensive understanding.

Additionally, all employees, including those in administrative and indirect departments, participated in the scoring process following the presentations. The very act of evaluating other departments’ initiatives serves as a learning opportunity, fostering deeper understanding of projects with which they have little daily contact. Through this company-wide participatory mechanism, sharing the judgment criteria and perspectives we value as AGB is also one of the key roles of the presentation event.

Following the conclusion of VISION SHARING, we held a closing ceremony to reflect on the year’s efforts and take time to commend each other’s hard work. This provided an opportunity to step back from daily operations and mark a significant milestone.

At AGB, we value not only outcomes but also the underlying processes and lessons learned, prioritizing dialogue and reflection to build on these for the future.
Moving forward, we will continue to foster these shared spaces while enhancing our organizational strength.
