The 2S improvement initiative has entered its fifth year.

At AGB, the ongoing 2S improvement activities centered around headquarters will enter their fifth year in February 2026.

Through this initiative, we have continuously reviewed our working environment with a focus on organization and tidiness. While each improvement may seem small, we feel that by accumulating these changes in our daily work, the fundamental conditions of our workplace have gradually been updated.

At the outset, the intent and necessity of the initiative were not always immediately understood. However, through continuous improvement based on shared principles, communication regarding 2S improvements is now accepted as a routine part of daily operations.

The 2026 President’s Policy identifies “Creativity” as one of its key themes. At AGB, we believe creative work arises from an environment that fosters concentration and minimizes distractions.

The 2S improvement initiative is not intended to show results in the short term. Rather, it is an effort to build the foundation that supports work quality by creating an environment that allows employees to focus on the tasks they should be prioritizing.

Going forward, AGB will continue its 2S improvement activities as a fundamental initiative, steadily enhancing both the working environment and the quality of work.
