On March 27, 2026, we held “VISION SHARING 2026 Season 1” for all employees, connecting the 4th floor of our headquarters with Microsoft Teams.
VISION SHARING is a quarterly meeting held as a platform for company-wide information sharing at AGB. This session took place immediately following the December fiscal year-end and the February shareholders’ meeting, providing an opportunity to review the financial results for fiscal year 2025 and confirm the direction moving forward.
At the outset, President Kondo provided an overview of the fiscal year 2025 financial results and shared the performance outlook for the first quarter. Based on this information, he outlined the company’s strategic focus for the current fiscal year.
This was followed by presentations on topics related to future initiatives, including the overhaul of the property management system, progress on the medium- to long-term plan (MC2030 Plan) for the redevelopment of the Manufacturing Center, and a report on the visit to the 2025 Venice Biennale. In addition, activity reports from the West Japan Branch and the Production Headquarters were presented, providing an overview of the initiatives being undertaken at each location and by each department.
At the main venue, three screens are used to enhance the quality of information sharing through a hybrid format that combines in-person and online participation.
While day-to-day operations continue at each individual workplace, by regularly reviewing the company’s overall situation and future direction through forums like this, we can ensure that each person’s efforts are situated within the broader context of our organization.
At AGB, we will continue to strive for sustainable growth through VISION SHARING, while balancing organizational unity with autonomy.
