Ten Years of Architecture Student Workshops: We’ve Released a Video of a Roundtable Discussion Featuring Sou Fujimoto, Takaaki Hiranuma, and Masayuki Sakurai of AGB

Asahi Building Wall Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AGB”) has released a video featuring a discussion between architects Sou Fujimoto and Takaaki Hiranuma, and Masayuki Sakurai of AGB, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its sponsorship of architecture student workshops.

Since 2015, AGB has sponsored workshops for architecture students to support their hands-on learning.

In this interview, the participants look back on the history of the architecture student workshop and discuss the significance of hands-on practice in architecture education, the value of students learning through hands-on experience, and the future of architectural culture.

AGB will continue to contribute to the development of architectural culture and the cultivation of the next generation of professionals by sponsoring workshops for architecture students.
