We electronically signed master agreements with 96 partner companies using “GMO Sign.”

Asahi Building Wall Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AGB”) is moving forward with the execution of master agreements with its partner companies using the electronic contract service “GMO Sign.” As of the end of September 2026, the company had executed master agreements with 96 partner companies via electronic contracts.

At AGB, we are reviewing our order processing systems to ensure that transactions with our partner companies continue to run smoothly in the future. The electronic signing of master agreements we are currently implementing is one of the foundational steps in this effort. We have been gradually transitioning from traditional paper-based procedures to electronic contracts on a partner-by-partner basis.

The use of electronic contracts reduces the need for tasks such as printing, binding, stamping, and mailing contracts. Managing contracts as electronic data also reduces the effort required for post-signing verification and storage. Furthermore, this initiative helps alleviate the burden on partner companies associated with returning documents.

In parallel with the electronic execution of master agreements, we have also begun issuing electronic purchase orders to some of our partner companies. Going forward, we will gradually expand the scope of electronic purchase orders and establish an operational infrastructure that ensures a seamless transition from contract execution to order placement.
