TS DESIGN recently featured AGB’s uniform renewal project on its official web media site, “IMPRESSIONS”.

The article features photos taken at our production base, the Monozukuri Center (Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture), and provides detailed coverage of the background behind the introduction of the new uniforms, the points emphasized during the selection process, and the opinions of employees who actually wear them.

In fiscal 2025, we completely revamped the uniforms we had been using for many years and transitioned to a new style. In selecting the new uniforms, we placed importance not only on functionality and ease of movement, but also on creating a look that would instill pride and a sense of poise in the wearer. We also sought a design that would naturally convey our commitment to our work when interacting with people outside the company.

We chose TS DESIGN’s uniforms from among many candidates. After repeated fittings and gathering opinions, we introduced items with excellent stretchability and lightness, and we have received positive feedback from the field, such as “Easy to move in” and “Looks neat and Tidy”.

The exterior design (facade) work we undertake is about creating the “face” of a building. What kind of uniform is appropriate for a profession that influences the impression of such spaces? TS DESIGN’s products provided one answer to that question.
